What is Blended Learning?

Blended learning mixes online training with a hands-on practical course.

It allows your staff to initially train themselves, at any time, by accessing our online portal. They can then further refine their skills at an in-person training event.

By using blended learning, companies can save money and reduce dedicated staff training days.

We currently offer blended learning as an option on our 12-hour Paediatric First Aid course.

So, how does it work?

Step 1.

Signup to the course, and we'll give you (and any staff that will attend the course) access to our special blended learning portal.

This contains First Aid training modules and videos. Explore everything at your own pace, in your own time. When you're ready, take the online assessment.

This counts as your first day of training, and provides the equivalent of 6 hours training.

Note: You MUST pass the online assessment before attending your in-person training.

Step 2.

Get ready to enjoy your real-world course!

This is where you get to spend a day further developing your First Aid skills -- including getting hands-on with CPR dummies, and asking your trainer those important questions.
